For Chef Ahmad Mansoor, food is more than flavor; it is joy, comfort, and connection. “Food makes life happy; food brings happiness to life,” he says, and this is the philosophy behind everything he creates. Born and raised in Jordan, Ahmad grew up surrounded by rich culinary traditions and the warmth of family cooking. That early inspiration soon turned a childhood passion into a lifelong career. He took his first steps in the cold kitchen of a five-star hotel, mastering his craft one dish at a time.

During his 25-year career, he has spanned Arabic and Western cuisines, blending tradition with creativity. In 2018, he brought his expertise to THAI Catering as an Arabic chef, where his dedication and inventive approach quickly earned him the role of Executive Chef. What sets Chef Ahmad apart is his belief that the best learning comes through hands-on experience. For Ahmad, pressure in the kitchen is never a burden but a chance to grow. He stays curious, embraces new techniques, and insists on uncompromising quality in every dish.
