Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, Executive Chef of the two-Michelin-starred Mezzaluna by lebua, presents a world-class French dining experience refined with delicate Japanese influences and the finest seasonal ingredients. For this collaboration, he has created special dishes such as:
Tiger prawn, vol-au-vent onsen egg, creamy spinach
Rolled omelet, caviar, Taraba crab, maitake mushroom cream
Iberico pork sake blanquette, stuffed daikon, butter rice, portobello mushroom
Hatcho miso braised wagyu beef, foie gras, onion gratin, carrot fondant, kabocha
The menus from Mezzaluna by lebua and Chef’s Table by lebua will be available to Royal First and Royal Silk Class passengers for lunch/dinner and breakfast on THAI flights departing from Bangkok to Europe (excluding Istanbul), Australia, Japan, and South Korea, starting from October 2025. The offerings will rotate on a monthly basis.
