Thai Airways International (THAI) has introduced a new culinary collaboration that brings the flavors of two Michelin-starred restaurants—Mezzaluna by Lebua and Chef’s Table by Lebua—into the sky. Under the concept “The Journey of Taste,” this partnership aims to elevate the dining experience for Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers.

The Journey of Taste marks a new chapter for THAI—one that blends culinary excellence with warm Thai hospitality. With Michelin-starred creations and thoughtfully curated menus, passengers can look forward to a dining experience that transforms their flight into a memorable part of the journey itself as food is a meaningful part of the travel experience.

Here are five reasons why this project is generating so much excitement.

1. A Premium Partnership Bringing Michelin Stars to the Sky

THAI and Lebua have joined hands to offer menus from two of Bangkok’s most celebrated two-Michelin-starred restaurants. This landmark collaboration brings the artistry of Mezzaluna by Lebua and Chef’s Table by Lebua directly onboard, introducing a new level of inflight dining for premium passengers.

3. A Meaningful and Memorable Journey for Premium Flyers

Lebua’s President and CEO, Ms. Narawadee Bualert, expresses pride in bringing the brand’s signature flavours to THAI’s passengers. This collaboration aims to make every flight meaningful, combining Michelin-starred cuisine with THAI’s world-class service. Each menu perfectly reflects lebua’s culinary philosophy: it combines the precision of cooking with artistic narration, resulting in a dish as harmonious and detailed as poetry.
