Masaya Furniture
Contemporary brass indoor furniture company Masaya Furniture is an offshoot of Asia Collection, a brand best known for its large bronze garden sculptures. Drawing on over three decades of casting know-how, Masaya reimagines the aesthetics of traditional brass fixtures with the aim of furnishing stylish modern lifestyles. Each piece is handcrafted using the lost wax technique, a method that allows for organic shapes and curves rarely seen in brass work. Designer Apiwat Chitapanya’s draws inspiration from the Art Nouveau movement and the beauty of ink brush strokes, resulting in stools, coffee tables, and dining chairs that bring a touch of elegance and surreal beauty to any interior.

Shortly after Nithiphan Darakananda took over his family’s declining button-manufacturing business, he set about transforming it into an eco-friendly business that turns trash into treasure. At Sonite Décor, agricultural byproducts such as rice husks, coffee grounds, and coconut fibers, as well as ocean-bound plastics, are upcycled into sleek and refined home décor products. Its cups, plates, bowls, trays, coasters, boxes, and containers come in a spectrum of colors and exude a natural beauty and luxurious minimalism. Durable and easy to clean with a sponge, these objects made from lightweight composite materials are also safe for contact with food. The Chanterelle Side Table, with its marble-like surface made from eggshell, is one of several mesmerizing larger items.
