The very essence of Effervescence is its rarity. Set within the sophisticated confines of Paribatra, the experience is a reservation for a private party only. This exclusivity guarantees a uniquely intimate celebration, offering an escape from the conventional restaurant setting. Guests command the space, allowing the flow of service and the glittering Bangkok skyline to serve as a backdrop to their personal event. This unparalleled privacy is the first mark of true luxury.

2. A Masterful Symphony of Food and Cuvée


The centerpiece is a seven-course journey blending refined modern French gastronomy with the timeless elegance of Charles Heidsieck Champagne. This is a true collaboration between the kitchen and the cellar. Know Before You Go: This experience is available now through March 2026, though guests are required to make an advance reservation at least ten days ahead of time, and a minimum spend may apply depending on the group size.
