THAI has dedicatedly selected the premium caviar and serve its exquisite treat Oscietra caviar to Royal First Class passengers. For three special months–from December to February–THAI will be offering Giaveri’s exclusive Beluga Siberian caviar in Royal First Class.
Additionally, on outbound flights from Bangkok to European destinations, Royal Silk Class passengers will be served a whole tin of Giaveri Siberian Classic caviar, paired with a rotating first–course menu: Tuna Avocado Tartare with Kimchi Mayonnaise (January, May, September), Crab, Avocado and Three color Capsicum Tartare with Spicy Truffle Dressing & Shallot Gel (February, June, October), Poached Tiger Prawn, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Green Apple Tartare, Air Dried Beef Bresaola and Grilled Vegetables (March, July, November), and Deconstructed Isan Style Foie Gras Salad “Larb Foie Gras” (April, August, December).
