Dinner in the Sky: Dining Above the City
For those seeking a dining experience that literally elevates the notion of fine cuisine, Dinner in the Sky (DITS) offers an unforgettable opportunity to savor a meal while suspended high above Brussels. On a platform suspended by a crane, guests are treated to panoramic views of the city below as they enjoy an exclusive culinary experience. The platform accommodates up to 32 people per session, with eight tables available for booking. What makes this experience even more unique is the opportunity to interact with renowned chefs from top Belgian restaurants, each taking turns to prepare and present their signature dishes. The 2025 season will run from 22 May to 22 June, offering 3 sessions daily, including 2 special evening events at the Battle of Waterloo, one of the world’s most significant historical sites.

NEMO33: An Underwater Dining Adventure
For the truly adventurous, NEMO33 offers the world’s first permanent underwater restaurant, where diners enjoy their meal inside a spherical capsule submerged in one of the deepest diving pools in the world. It serves 2 guests at a time, creating an intimate and unique dining experience. Located in the heart of Brussels, NEMO33 has been thrilling guests for over a decade. Certified divers can navigate to the restaurant on their own, while novices can take a brief introductory lesson before embarking on the experience. The underwater dining takes about 2 hours, offering a serene and utterly unique atmosphere. Guests are requested to either bring their own wetsuit or purchase it from the on-site boutique. For optimal safety, it is advised that guests refrain from air travel within 24 hours of their dive. For those not ready to dive into the depths, there is also a traditional restaurant with an underwater view, serving exquisite Asian dishes crafted by a talented Vietnamese chef.
